Fantastic and quiet hotel, didn't want to say goodbye.

A very good Wi-Fi and it's own balcony were available in our queen room. It was comfy and had exceptionally comfortable beds. The personnel was courteous and friendly.

It offers good service.

We lived in the twin room with a balcony, windows into the interior, nothing to brag about. The location was magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from Train museum.

We will come back certainly. The rooms are big size with windows into the interior and our experience is very nice! It is in magnificent and particularly good location to Plaza de Armas, set feet from the hotel.

We were there for 1 day, everything was really good, truly enjoyed its good location just next door to downtown and the center of all the activi and Centro.

The place is fancy, the staff are polite and accommodating.

The hotel is fairly clean has nice style and contemporary atmosphere. Its rooms are brand-new and fairly quiet with a balcony overlooking the pedestrian walkway, windows into the interior plus comfortable bedding for a great stay. We will choose the place for future trips, as the property met my requirements.

Ideal location close to the city centre, and 10 minute walk from Plaza de Armas. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe in the room.

It was a really really nice experience. The hotel was gorgeous with plenty of new-fashioned and brand-new rooms. All of the staff members were outstandingly accommodating and efficient. The location of the property was magnificent - at a medium distance from Train museum.

Everything was really good, yet a few employees were abusive.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful décor and practical location of this hotel, within walking distance of many interesting places and cultural events in the wonderful historic district. The cleanliness of the sizable room and hotel facilities, comfortable beds, and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking and transportation were easily accessible, and the hotel's proximity to a variety of restaurants, from upscale boulevards to quaint eateries, was a definite plus.

We had a great weekend stay at a charming hotel in downtown. The newly renovated rooms had modern amenities, including flat screen TVs and strong internet for streaming. We loved having a balcony overlooking the pedestrian walkway, perfect for people watching. The central location made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the nearby restaurants and museums. The staff were professional and courteous. a fantastic experience.

Location, location, location! This hotel is perfectly placed in the midst of the historic district where we found great restaurants, lovely plazas and fascinating museums. Our room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the bustling street below. The bathroom was modern and clean and we appreciated the helpful staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of foods to choose from including fresh fruit and pastries. We also enjoyed relaxing in the rooftop pool and hot tub with stunning views of the city.

The soundproofing in the hotel was not ideal, so at times we heard noise from other guests and the street outside.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown. The location was superb, being very close to the city center and also to a more upscale boulevard of restaurants. I loved that my room had a balcony overlooking the pedestrian walkway, allowing me to enjoy the lively atmosphere. The basic amenities provided were great, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast served every morning, which gave me a great start to the day.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was wonderful. Everything was perfect.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained and had some windows, offering natural light and a pleasant view into the interior. Our room even had a balcony overlooking the pedestrian walkway, which was a lovely bonus. The breakfast provided was enjoyable and added value to our stay.

All aspects of our stay were ok and met our expectations.
